The Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) has the authority, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and the Code of Massachusetts Regulations, to suspend/revoke your learner's permit or driver's license/right to operate. The RMV conducts hearings for suspensions/revocations. Hearings are held at specific RMV branch offices with a RMV Hearings Officer. Please refer to the Hearing Sites and Schedules page to find an RMV Branch office that holds hearings. You can not make an appointment for a suspension/revocation hearing all hearings are held on a walk-in basis on a first come first serve basis.
